Returns
Overview
We have a 30-day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same good condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as your contact information (email and phone) in case we have questions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will approve or reject your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be promptly applied to your credit card or account, depending on your original method of purchase.
If the purchase was in cash, cash or a check will be issued within 10 business days. Please note: original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If it seems like your refund is delayed, please first double-check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card company (if applicable); it may take time before your refund is officially posted. Lastly, contact your bank re: processing time for posting refunds.

Exchanges
We are happy to make exchanges for mis-ordered products providing they are in the original packaging in unused, resaleable condition. However, you are responsible for shipping both ways.
If your original product arrives to you defective, you may return the product for a same-item replacement. We will pay shipping for the replacement only.

Include your contact email, phone number, and address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
